Austin Abell has been a tremendously helpful Technology Educator. As a self-taught user, my knowledge gap was wide and my experience was limited. Austin agreed to work with me to bring my skills up-to-date and to train me on the newest technology necessary for my tasks. He was always patient and encouraging, while at the same time working at a fast pace to complete my training objectives.
